How long has this community been around?

I had no clue there was a LJ for the company.

I work in the Fedex Tech department in Winnipeg (it's pretty good, I know the CS department and the tier 1's for .com are crazy busy all the time.. but not the cafe department)

I can see the comcast department from where I sit, and those guys are always on the phone with customers, and customer service for fedex on the otherside is always short I hear.

us little fedex tech guys in the middle-back area get 15-30 minutes or more between calls, I guess we're lucky, I don't feel like Convergys is sucking out my soul or anything, but sometimes it gets really boring, I tend to read while at work, or knit.

I'll have my two-year anniversary on September 8th... I'm on the social committee too, so anyone from Winnipeg has probably seen me around.
